Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and defective (e.g. moldy, foreign substance, not properly sealed, etc.) when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Products with misuse by the owner (damaged for reasons not due to our error)
- Products with obvious signs of use
To complete your refund or exchange, we require proof of the defect (i.e. photo).
Please do not send your purchase back to us.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our products. If there is an issue with your shipment or product, please let us know and we will do our very best to address the issue.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
