While it’s a staple and comfort food for many in Japan, natto is very much a love-it-or-hate-it experience. You’ll learn about its nutritional benefits, explore different preparation styles, and discover the best ways to enjoy natto with confidence (and maybe even enthusiasm)!

Natto samples and light snacks will be provided.
