Gimbap (or Kimbap) is a colorful, flavorful Korean dish made by rolling perfectly seasoned rice, fresh veggies, and savory fillings in seaweed. Whether you love crunchy veggies, marinated mushrooms, or creamy eggs, there’s a combination for everyone! Unlike sushi, Gimbap doesn’t use raw fish, so it’s perfect for all taste preferences.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn:
- How to prepare and season ingredients for the perfect bite
- Rolling techniques to create picture-perfect Gimbap
- Creative filling ideas to make it your own
No prior cooking experience needed. Just bring your appetite and enthusiasm!
Come roll, slice, and enjoy a taste of Korea with us!
