In this interactive session, you will learn the ancient craft of transforming simple ingredients—soybeans, salt, and koji (rice inoculated with beneficial mold)—into a rich, savory paste that evolves over time.

Miso samples and light snacks will be provided.

The cancellation policy

  • 15% for cancellations made 4–7 days before the workshop
  • 50% for cancellations made 24–72 hours before the workshop
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop or for no-shows
