Kimchi is a staple of Korean cuisine—bold, flavorful, and packed with probiotics! Traditionally served as a side dish with almost every meal, it can also take center stage in a variety of dishes. With countless regional and family specific variations, Kimchi is as diverse as it is delicious. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make Baechu (Napa cabbage) Kimchi, a common version made with salted shrimp and/or fish sauce for a deep, umami-rich flavor. We’ll guide you through the process of crafting Kimchi with simple yet powerful ingredients, so you can enjoy the authentic taste of Korea in a way that suits your lifestyle.

Kimchi samples and light snacks will be provided.

  • 15% for cancellations made 4–7 days before the workshop
  • 50% for cancellations made 24–72 hours before the workshop
  • No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop or for no-shows
