In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make Baechu (Napa cabbage) Kimchi, a common version made with salted shrimp and/or fish sauce for a deep, umami-rich flavor. We’ll guide you through the process of crafting Kimchi with simple yet powerful ingredients, so you can enjoy the authentic taste of Korea in a way that suits your lifestyle.
