In this two-hour workshop, you will explore chickpea miso, a unique twist on traditional miso. You will learn how it is made using chickpeas and koji, and discover the flavors and fermentation process that make it so distinctive. You will also have the chance to taste a variety of miso, both homemade and carefully selected from Japan.
Miso samples and light snacks will be provided.
