Seasoned Edamame

Ingredients
- 300 g Frozen Edamame (we got ours from Costco individually packed) 
 - 1 Tbsp Leek Miso or Jalapeno Miso
 - 1/4 tsp Salt
 - Black pepper
 - (optional) 2 pinches Onion granules
 
Instructions
- Fill half of water in a 1.5-2 L size pot and bring water to a boil.
 - Once water is boiling, put frozen edamame in the pot on the high heat. Wait until water starts boiling again. 
 - When water starts boiling, cook for 2 minutes.
 - Drain water completely and season with salt, miso, black pepper and onion granule, then toss the beans well until all the spices coat the beans evenly.
