You can make instant healthy miso soup with any of our Flavoured Miso, but this Leek Miso is especially good for it because it has got all you need to make soup. You can simply add boiling water with 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp of Miso in a serving bowl, or if you are more of a gourmet person, you can make your broth with more veggies and pour the soup into Miso.
Toasted sesame seeds together with toasted sesame oil will immediately take you to Asia from right in the centre of the West Coast. This journey doesn't end here, when the sesame meets kelp and sake lees, which are both umami enhancer. We make our own kelp broth using kombu sustainably hand-picked and sun-cured from the clean, cold waters of Canada's East coast. Another fusion of East and West!
