Our Jalapeño miso is a unique way to incorporate delicious Miso. We roast Jalapeño, then blend with other ingredients. This way, the spiciness of Jalapeño is more tamed yet the sweetness of the pepper enhances the overall flavour of the final result.
There are many ways to include this scrumptious sauce in your daily meals. To give you a few ideas how to use this sauce,
- Simply scoop some on top of hard boiled/scrambled/poached/fried eggs or grilled tofu/silken tofu.
- Add on top of stir-fried rice or noodles
- Taco sauce
- Marinate salmon/sole/black cod (Sable fish), or any fish you prefer.
