We make fermented honey ginger first to enhance flavours and nutrients of both honey and ginger. We also include ginger skin (and this is why we use organic ginger) because the skin has more gingerol than its flesh, which is a natural oil that gives the fragrance and flavor of ginger.
You can simply marinade fish or meat with our ginger miso (our favorite is salmon and black cod), or you can mix in your salad with your choice of oil (e.g. Extra virgin olive oil, sunflower seed oil) and citrus juice and you have instant dressing! We created our sauces to help you reduce cooking time but incorporate rich flavours, so make the most of it!
