Miso is Japanese essential condiment and there's so many varieties (Rice, Barley, Soybean, White, Red, Sweet, etc.) across the country. It is a slow food and is fermented for over several months to a few years depending on the flavour profile it is made for. Our miso is flavoured with more ingredients, so you can think of them as ready-made sauces rather than plain pastes. All of our miso add flavour to any dish - dressings, soup, rice, dip, marinades, noodles, and stir-fry. They can be added to virtually anything!
