Tahini Ginger Miso Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Ginger Miso
- 1.5 Tbsp Tahini
- 1/2 Tbsp Rice vinegar (or lemon juice/apple cider vinegar)
- 1tsp Toasted sesame oil or olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Tamari or coconut amino
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Warm water
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Mix tahini with warm water until the mixture is nice and smooth without any undissolved lumps.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Notes
This dressing is so versatile for many dishes. Simply drizzle on top of fresh cooked rice. It's also good for salad, quinoa bowl, cold noodle salad and etc.
