2 tsp Ginger Miso
1.5 Tbsp Tahini
1/2 Tbsp Rice vinegar (or lemon juice/apple cider vinegar)
1tsp Toasted sesame oil or olive oil
1/2 Tbsp Tamari or coconut amino
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Warm water
1. Mix tahini with warm water until the mixture is nice and smooth without any undissolved lumps.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
How to use:
- This dressing is so versatile for many dishes. Simply drizzle on top of fresh cooked rice. It's also good for salad, quinoa bowl, cold noodle salad and etc.
