Seasoned Edamame

  • 300 g Frozen Edamame (we got ours from Costco individually packed) ​​​​​​​
  • 1 Tbsp Leek Miso or Jalapeno Miso
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Black pepper
  • (optional) 2 pinches Onion granules


  1. Fill half of water in a 1.5-2 L size pot and bring water to a boil.​​​​​​​​
  2. Once water is boiling, put frozen edamame in the pot on the high heat. Wait until water starts boiling again. ​​​​​​​​
  3. When water starts boiling, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Drain water completely and season with salt, miso, black pepper and onion granule, then toss the beans well until all the spices coat the beans evenly.
